About NOW

Many women across Long Island feel isolated, lonely, hopeless, while others experience brokenness, shame, and fear. Even those who seem to have it all together, don't. We all need Jesus.

NOW exists to help women discover the truth of God's Word, that they are loved, accepted, and forgiven; and to experience the joy of having a personal relationship with The Lord.

Teaching

1 Timothy 4:13 "...focus on reading the Scriptures, encouraging the believers, and teaching."

NOW women are nourished on the Word through our monthly Bible studies and teachings, and empowered by living out the Biblical truths learned into their daily lives.

Prayer

James 5:13 "Pray for each other..."

Prayer is an integral part of NOW . We offer a time for personal one on one prayer at each event. Our Prayer team is made up of dedicated women, many of whom have been part of a Prayer Ministry for years. The prayer team meets before every event to pray for each woman coming. Prayer has become one of the women's most cherished times of our gatherings.

RELATIONSHIP

1 Peter 1:22 "...so NOW you must show sincere love for each other, as brother and sisters. Love one another deeply, from the heart."

Developing loving relationships is truly at the heart of NOW. Our motto is, "We are family..." as believers, we share a sisterhood through our Faith in Jesus Christ.
